AUSTIN (KXAN) — “He gave us 19 incredible years with some amazing moments that I will cherish forever,” said Naomi Westgard of her 19-year-old son Ethan.
In June, Ethan, an Austin Community College student, was found unresponsive at the St. Edward’s University dorm he lived at. Investigators determined fentanyl led to his death.
