AUSTIN (KXAN) — According to a post from the University of Texas at Austin Police Department, a man was arrested again, then released after being accused of window peeping in West Campus.
“For our community’s awareness, at approximately 10:18 p.m. last night (Sept. 8), Austin Police Department, with assistance from UTPD, arrested Colton Banks for peeping into windows in the 2200 block of San Gabriel Street in West Campus. Banks was released this afternoon. He is the same suspect APD arrested Aug. 17 for similar conduct,” the UT Austin Police Instagram post said.
